Overview

It is divided into concentric and eccentric two kinds. Materials include stainless steel Concentric Reducer (304304l316316l), alloy steel, carbon steel size head, size head 20 steel Q235, Q345 and so on.

The Concentric Reducer (reducing pipe) is a pipe fitting for reducing the diameter of a pipe. The commonly used forming process is reducing pressing, expanding pressing or reducing plus expanding pressing, and stamping can also be used for some specifications of reducing tubes.

a. Reducing/expanding forming The reducing forming process of the size head is to place the tube blank with the diameter equal to the big end of the size head into the forming die, and press the tube blank along the axial direction to make the metal move along the die cavity and shrink into shape. According to the size of the reducing tube, it is divided into one pressing forming or multiple pressing forming.

b, stamping stainless steel size head connection methods are diverse, the common types of pipe fittings are compression, compression, loose type, push type, push thread type, socket welding, loose flange connection, welding and welding combined with traditional connection derived series connection. These connection methods, according to their different principles, their scope of application is also different, but most of them are easy to install, firm and reliable.
